I hope you saw the state schoolhouse - it has very cute turret things that look old-american to me.
One of the points I was making in my blog about Victorian buildings in Daylesford is that they survived well, despite the 1906 bushfires. Not so with poor old Hepburn Springs. Your photos of the churches and homes in Daylesford show that well.Thanks for the linkHels
